we were glad mom and dad could come down for a visit - a very quick visit... i think they didn't even stay 24 hrs!!!!!!!!!anyways we had a good time, had a turkey dinner and celebrated mom's birthday too! (Oct. 9th)

at school, we had a cake and bingo night - we play bingo and each of the staff make a cake... students and parents buy tickets to guess who made what cake...
Rhett stuffing his face... he had his appendix out less than a week ago!

last grass cutting took place on October 16th... what a year for the grass!
and 9-10 days later, we get this! cold, snow and gross! hope it's not here to stay!

Sunday, October 24th...was Curtis's birthday. I had some family over, on my side and Curt's. We had a great lunch... took all saturday afternoon and evening to prepare!
