Kayakin' on the Ocean!

Henry so kindly organized a kayak trip for us...8 kayaks, 16 people! Wow what a blast!

Only 7 kayaks made it to the finish...Brenda got seasick and Curtis decided that not feeling his leg (because of hip rplmt) was not his idea of fun either!  Just before we dropped them off (see map), we saw a whale come up about 150 yards in front of us! Wow, what a sight!

What a great experience to kayak on the ocean! We got into some pretty good/high waves and it made the experience even more memorable!! Only one kayak got capsized...but it was all good -- well for those of us who got to stay ontop of the water ;)

On our way around the point to our final destination, mr.turtle swam through a few of the kayaks...!
